The students in my class are individual and unique in more ways than their ethnic backgrounds or socioeconomic standings. They are also a very diverse group of learners. On any given day I will teach a first grade and a fifth grade reading lesson. I will teach addition to a student with a processing disorder and multiplying decimals to a gifted student and anything in between. In this day and age of high demands and fast paced changes, it is our job to teach our children how to thrive and excel. We cannot expect them to conquer these challenges if we do not give them the tools and strategies necessary to succeed.

About my class
