This project will help Special Education students ages 16-22 recover and get back into learning after delays due to COVID. Standing desks allows students to work for longer periods of times, by allowing self regulating with standing and sitting as needed. Many students need to get back into a classroom setting to work towards graduation and finish their industry certifications while recovering from the effects COVID causing personal personal setbacks. These desks will give students the chance to get the individualized instruction they need and the social interaction they crave.

About my class
