Welcome to my classroom page! As a Special Education and Computer Science teacher, I support diverse learners including bilingual and neurodiverse students through hands-on, justice-centered projects that integrate technology, literacy, and SEL.
With over a decade of experience, I focus on accessibility, equity, and student voice. From running mock trials on AI ethics to reading projects, I strive to create a safe space where every student is seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
Many of my students come from low-income families, have interrupted school learning (thus, missing foundational skills), and a large population of my students are in shelters, foster homes, and/or homeless.
Alongside their individual struggles and school budget cuts, I want to find other means to support and finance supplies that they are entitled to. My students need academic and emotional support to be successful.
