My students come from every grade level. They are the kids who struggle with reading and need that extra help so that they can succeed. Many of them come from homes that don't have many resources and parents who are working and don't have the time to read with them. The students are happy and excited to come to reading groups. They have had bad experiences with reading in the past, but when they come to the reading lab and have a positive experience with reading, it makes all the difference.
