With such a busy academic schedule each day, students need time to boost their creative thinking and work on their fine motor skills. Replacing work sheets with brain booster stations gives students the chance to work collaboratively with their peers to create something all their own. Creativity is the key to learning! The Froogz Suction Toy Construction set will allow my students to use their imaginations to create unique shapes and structures. The Magnetic Blocks & Legos will aide in the students understanding of 2D & 3D shapes. Exploring with these types of materials will enhance their math and speaking/listening skills when working in small groups. The water beads will be utilized in a sensory bin where students can work on reading, math or even science skills. Student will use the tweezers to retrieve information from inside the bin. Allowing creative thinking provides students a way of examining and discovering the world around them.
