My Big World magazines will be used in small groups. Each magazine has an activity pages that the students complete that corresponds to the lesson in the magazine, the activities include color and shape recognition as well as number and letter recognition. This will not only be beneficial in the classroom but at home as well. Children enjoy having their very own copy of the magazine that they can write/color on and bring home to show their families. The pictures are colorful and coordinate with our classroom themes. My big world is a great supplement that supports the lessons in the classroom.
