My kids love to read. It is the one thing they always ask if they can do when they finish their work early. I find them all over the room with a book in their face. The materials I have selected will nurture and support their love for reading and learning. I am hoping to provide more books for the children to enjoy. The tote bags will give them something to carry books that are on their level and a few of their favorite books wherever they go. The fact that they get to decorate them how they want will make them proud of the bag. The chairs and rug will help to create a welcoming area for them to travel to other worlds while in comfort. I know that it is not much but to the children in my classroom, these items are the world. Don't they deserve the world?
