Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment in which all students can obtain the necessary and beneficial supports to improve educational outcome. This includes positive behavior interventions and supports that provide an opportunity for students to receive social emotional, academic, and career supports. Some of these activities include classroom lessons, individual counseling, small groups, team meetings, clubs, college assistance, test prep and more. In order to make these opportunities a time of complete support I hope to show this through student snack requests and incentives that motivate each and every student while creating a welcoming space.
