My students need a carpet so they can collaborate together and use the area to count money, and other math concepts. The space will give the students the room to use manipulatives and other resources to problem solve. The STEM bundle and science station will give all students the opportunity for hands on exploration through science. The STEM activities will give students who don't have the time nor the resources at home to enhance the math and science connection. The STEM activities will help all students to critically think to help problem solve. STEM is the current focus in education so these skills will serve my students well in the future.
