RHS current weight room has plyometric boxes that are no longer functional. These foam plyometric boxes will allow our athletes to improve their explosiveness while staying safe. 11 boxes would allow each rack station to have a plyometric box, improving our efficiency in the weight room. These boxes will allow the RHS Athletics program to improve on the field, court, and mat through training. Each rack in the weight room would utilize one of these boxes each training session to add variety to our strength, power, and speed training.
