Many of the students that come to see me for mental health are also hungry, accompanied youth (homeless), and/or come from homes with limited income. Many students need a snack to get through their day. To date, I have been purchasing snacks for the students for the last 5 years and I always still run out. I am hoping that this will benefit the students as well as give me some relief lol. Thank you if you can help. Many of the students will sheepishly come to my office, accompanied by friends asking if I have any food and this gives them an opportunity to meet with me under the guise of needing a snack.
