The materials I selected will be used in counseling sessions to help my students learn coping skills and thrive academically. The workbooks include activities my students will be practicing to help them regulate their emotions. I will also be playing card games with them, that will engage them in mindfulness practices. In addition, I will utilize the stress balls selected to help those students who have difficulty with hyperactivity. The sand will also be used as a form of therapy to help students who struggle with sensory challenges. I am positive that with these resources, my students will be able to thrive academically and emotionally.
