The projector and document camera will help aid students especially in learning new notes. Many of my students are ESL learners, therefore, creating visuals is essential to teaching my students. One way I will use the projector is to create interactive note charts on my white board to teach students how to play individual notes. In addition, my students will use the projector by participating in a video-conference with a band from a rural Nebraska town where they will perform concerts for each other. This project will teach understanding of other parts of our country through music and serve both my city students as well as the rural students they will be video-conferencing with. Finally, your donation will help purchase our highest needed instruments. New trumpets and trombones will help put an instrument in each of my band students' hands so they may participate in music to their fullest potential.
