I feel so honored! My students don't want to leave my class. They enjoy coming to music class and I get a lot of protests when I tell them it's time to stop because I have to let them go back to their classroom! I teach 4th through 6th graders, most from very low income homes. I am trying to give as many students as possible an opportunity to be successful and explore their talents. Music class is a very hands-on, moving experience in my room! We are in need of several more instruments to help complete our ensemble and allow every student a chance to create their own rhythm.

About my class
