With the integration of technology in the classroom to better prepare students for success, it is important that teachers have the tools to support students in this implementation of technology and learning. It is like playing the piano without having a piano; This year my students in gradres K-4 were given IPADS/chrome books which were awarded through the "Race to the Top" Grant monies to enhance their learning experience. The Unified Arts teachers were not included in the technology. My school is a Title I school with a high rate of free and reduced lunch. This is agreat opportunity for my students and I would like to be a part of the opportunity.
