My kids are 7th and 8th graders, both girls and boys. They are typical moody, rowdy, sweet, not-as-grown-up-as-they-think-they-are teenagers. Most (about 90%) of my students are low income and at-risk kids. They enjoy my class and love making things, but I need materials for them to use. Unfortunately, most of them cannot bring their own fabric or furnish their own sewing supplies.
