Learning differently with different ways is successful for my little students. We are focusing on goals, academics, language arts, life skills, social skills, math and much more in our class. We need materials for special needs, their abilities and adaptive skills for them. We need to learn differently and with different materials and ways- hands on is the best! I have many students with non verbal or limited verbal skills, and with large learning tools and manipulatives they are able to complete tasks towards their goals with independence. Modified and adaptive materials make all the difference to special needs students.

About my class
