My students will use LEGOs daily in all subjects! We will use legos to help deepen our understanding of setting, characters, and their importance in the story. We will also use these LEGOs and mini-figures to let our imagination run wild, create our own stories, and even showcase them in a diorama! We will use them to learn about ancient civilizations and how they build buildings that have lasted thousands of years. We can recreate those buildings and maybe make them better, stronger, or more efficient. We will master math concepts using LEGOs! Students will be able to clearly see arrays and have concrete foundation to master multiplication facts. They will also be able to see how fractions are separated. They will create their own cities to measure area and perimeter, and even model real life cities to scale! The possibilities are immense and we haven't even touched on the social skills we will build by building with our peers. Your donation will help our brains get stronger through the content we will learn and the interactions we will have with each other.
