This is my 8 year as a gifted teacher. I truly enjoy what I do. The 2015-2016 school year will be especially exciting, as I will be opening a brand new school in my district. Our school will be Title 1 and will have various students who are from low income families. My goal as a gifted teacher is to expose my high academic learners to as many STEM and reading concepts as possible. Furthermore, I want my low income gifted students to have access to as any things possible, despite the lack of funding. Most educators have financial limits on what they can do in a classroom, Consequently, Donors Choose will be a site I use frequently. I look forward to the generosity of many donators and look forward to helping other teachers meet their goals by also giving back.
