Our fluency buffet will give students choices to use engaging materials. The recording booth, sand timers and pointers will help students be fluent readers who enjoy a variety of strategies to promote reading accuracy, rate and automaticity, and prosody. With these materials like microphones and timers, my students will be able to choose from a variety of fluency support that will allow them to read quickly, accurately, and smoothly so as to support a deep understanding of the text using privacy boards as customized recording booths. Fluent reading is a goal for students in all programs and applies to all languages.
