iPads in my classroom will make a tremendous difference in my students' learning by providing them with access to modified reading materials that will help them to read independently. The iPads will be paired with a reading app, Accessible Literacy Learning, that is specifically designed to help non-verbal students learn to read. With these iPads, my students will learn how to read independently, which would be a huge accomplishment for them! In addition, it is my hope that these iPads will help to foster a love for reading within my students as they discover a whole new world through reading.
