J.D. Davis Elementary is a Pre K - 5th Grade school setting. This is a low-income based community school. The school has about three classroom teachers per grade level and approximately 380 students. We are thriving to make our school a technology-rich school and to enhance the learning of our students and help them become well rounded productive citizens. We want our students to be able to come to school and have confidence in themselves and their abilities to achieve anything. We achieve these set goals if we introduce our students to multi-levels of thinking, being able to see around the world via technology, and become familiar with the use of technology. Have reliable technology in our classroom can help our teaching to become effective, our students become actively engaging in the learning, and the students will enjoy being at school.
