Working with all students requires a great love for seeing students grow and learn new things. Even better is when you get to participate in those lightbulb moments when a skill is not only learned but comprehended as well. There’s nothing better than seeing a student read about things they love, characters they enjoy, or the many wonderful opportunities that reading offers. Having a classroom library equipped to do this would be the icing on the cake. Likewise, having group seating at small group tables that is comfortable and less rigid than “regular” classroom chairs is vital as well.

About my class
