I have requested two different sets of library books that my students and I can use for our writing projects throughout the year. One bundle offers pairs of one fiction and one non-fiction book to read together. For instance, there is a non-fiction book about sheep as well as the classically funny story Sheep in a Jeep! The second bundle of books will help us with our research projects throughout the year. After attending a fantastic training by Mr. Gregg, my team and I are aligning our scope and sequence to tie our reading and writing with our science and social studies lessons. We are super excited!! I have also requested a storage cabinet with bins for EACH student! We can use these with our flexible seating next year.
