The document camera will allow students more opportunity to see each other's work presented in an easy to access way. It will also allow for easy-to-follow math demonstrations on how to graph new equations or how to use math tools such as a compass or protractor. The class set of dry-erase boards, markers, and erasers will provide students with a more hands on (and environmentally friendly) way of practicing an assortment of problems in class. The perk to these dry erase boards is they have a blank coordinate plane provided on one side, so students can present graphs more clearly and accurately than on a blank slate. Finally I have requested for 45 3-subject notebooks. All of my classes (3 classes of 30 students) are required to have an interactive notebook, yet many of my students are unable to purchase their own. This provides me the opportunity to supplement this requirement for students over the course of the year, with no cost to them.
