Aloha kakou! My students are curious learners in our bilingual elementary school that spend the school day learning through 'Olelo Hawai'i (Hawaiian language) or English. Both of the language branches at our school have students that are innovative, care about their community, and are excited to learn! All of my students embody the school's mission of being learners that think critically through their observations of their culture and community, show respect for the past, present, and future knowledge, have respectful values, and promote positive relationships to become powerful agents of change to better their world. My role as the STEM resource teacher and technology coordinator is to leverage a STEMS2 Mindset (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Social Sciences, & Sense of Place) to support our school's vision.
