Goal = healthy and happy!! This project includes materials to help keep students safe (especially disinfectant wipes) upon their return to school especially after such a long time away, and these also items (yoga balls, mats and seat cushions) will also immensely help to create a calming and comforting community once there. It has been a traumatic time now more than ever during this pandemic and I strive facilitate healthy community-building. We will be using these cushions, balls and mats to promote the important skill of mindfulness with daily meditation and stretching/yoga sessions.

About my class
