My students struggle to stay focused in the classroom and sit still. They get wiggly and distracted and need to move. I have some students who struggle to hold pencils correctly in order to write legibly. If I have the right tools in the classroom, then my students have more of a chance to be more successful and engaged in the lessons I teach or their general education teacher is teaching. Every student can learn if we just give them the right tools. I want to help them get their wiggles out and use different mediums in order to help them learn. Whether it be paper pencil, white board, using technology. There are many things that can help them to be more successful.
