Kindergartners need modeling all the time. Having a document camera will help me model writing, reading, numbers and shapes in my instruction. Without a document camera being able to project what I am teaching, my students will struggle with the basic writing skills needed. Being able to to use the document camera to model instruction for my students will help progress their learning. They can use the white boards at their seats to copy what I am modeling. This will help me check for their understanding of various skills we are learning.
