Being able to be awarded these items will help increase student achievement greatly. Traditionally, I would teach a lesson to all students whole group and simply have to move on when majority of students understand it. Unfortunately, all learners don't learn at the same place. Having at least 10 tablets will allow students to be paired based upon their ability and slowly/quickly work through the lesson while watching videos and audio content that I make to ensure that it fits the needs of my students. Using headphone audio splitters will allow the pairs to listen to the audio/video content and work together to master the skills as I actively monitor and clarify any questions or misconceptions students may have.
