As we prepare to transition back to 100% in-person learning following an extremely challenging year due to a global pandemic, I want my students to be as comfortable, prepared and appreciated as possible. Last year, we weren't able to do much, as virtual students were isolated at home and in-person students sat in one classroom in the same desks as teachers rotated classrooms. Students and teachers weren't able to share books, supplies or snacks, but this year will be different and I want to do my best to bring joy into the classroom. All of the materials in this project will do that. The books, markers, erasers, anchor charts and snacks will help increase student engagement throughout the school year which is vital to student success.

About my class
