My students love learning and want to love reading, but it does not come easily to them. They need additional support to be ready for 2nd grade next year. My project wants to bring the fun back to reading through building fun and engaging reading centers! With these reading intervention supplies, my students will dramatically change their view of reading because they will have small group instruction, interactive opportunities to work together, and engaging educational resources greatly needed to focus on mastering their foundational reading skills! We will target strong fluency skills through through the Teaching Reading Skills Activity Centers, Magnetic Sound Sorting Center Boards, and Wording Building Tiles. They will have repeated practice through reading comprehension practice cards andNonfiction & Fiction Paired Passages. They will also get to practice their cooperation skills as well as independent skills with the Change A Sound Flip Books, Daily Language Workbook, and other engaging reading games. My students want to become active readers before they enter 2nd grade next year. The determination is there, and with your support, the materials needed to make that dream come true will be there as well! Thank you again for taking the time to review our project.
