My students are curious 9th graders attending a large public high school in Tennessee. The school has 80% of students on free or reduced lunch and the college ready rate (21+ on ACT) is 7%. My students have tons of energy and are incredibly enthusiastic about science. While they love doing experiments and projects, they struggle with organizational skills. One of the goals for my freshman is to build their college and career readiness skills. No matter what school or profession they move to they will need to learn how to lead an organized life and binders would help start them on that path.
