My students will be able to use the Legos and sand to help them learn how to share, tell stories with each other, and spell simple words. Within my sand table, the students us cookie cutters and seashells with letters on them to spell words and identify letters. Legos are an excellent way for students to practice counting, geometry, and storytelling. , Whether the student is a boy or a girl, they all love playing with Legos and sand! When students create buildings together, they feel a sense of accomplishment.
