These materials will make a difference in my students' learning by helping them with their sensory needs. If a student cannot focus on their work and situations might be causing inappropriate behaviors, the sensory items could calm them down and help them focus on their work. Also, if I'm teaching a lesson and a student is being fussy in their chairs, the wiggle chairs can help the student focus on what I am teaching. Sensory items are very important with kids who have autism. I believe that all these items can make a difference in my class. Sensory items are important to had in an Autism classroom.
