I am an enthusiastic music teacher at a Title I school located within a major metropolitan area. Every day, I feel lucky to have the pleasure of greeting 600 hundred K through 5th graders that walk into my classroom each morning with smiles on their faces, eager to start the day and work hard. Each day, I have students excited to share their life experiences and learning with myself and each other. Some of my students may experience various struggles at home, but each day at school they exhibit impressive levels of happiness, high energy, care for others, and eagerness to gain knowledge.
