The students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with over 59% of our students receiving free or reduced lunch. Our school in in the 112% of the poverty index for our state. Students in our area are hungry to learn. Students struggle and need encouragement, and their self-esteem built up our area. Many students are limited in what is going on in the world around them. They come wanting to learn, we just need to provide for them.

About my class
