I am a Title 1 Reading Teacher at a rural elementary school. I work with many students, who are struggling readers, in kindergarten through fifth grade. My students all have an interest in reading and enjoy learning. I work with my students to help them become better readers, they know that when they are coming to my room that we are going to read as well work on vocabulary. Our school has a warm, nurturing environment where the teachers know the names of many of the students in the school. This environment makes our school feel like a family.
