My students need a classroom rug to use during interactive read alouds, small group time, and independent reading. The rug will be used to allow students to sit comfortably without touching another student. This will enhance learning by allowing for complete concentration on the lesson. My students would be so excited to have this rug as they currently sit on the floor during story time due to us not having a rug. This rug will help foster a community in the classroom. Gathering in a small group has shown to be more effective than whole group learning. We gratefully appreciate your donation.
