Flexible seating will not only help with keeping my students with ADHD focused, but will aid in the psychical strengthening of students core, maintaining better posture and getting more oxygen to their brains. It has been researched and documented how flexible seating engages stomach muscles, creates better posture which aids in more oxygen to the brain making the student more alert. Some students fidget or have to be doing something to help concentrate, the wobble stools will help these students to move and get their sensory needs without being a disruption to the class. Flexible seating has no noise or objects to spin. The benefits of flexible seating will hold great rewards for students and teachers through increased focus and learning.
