The materials listed can help bring these students opportunities to gain skills in fine motor, visual perception, sensory processing and so much more. They require intensive therapy and specialized education to enable them to be successful in their future and live their life to the best of their abilities. We are here to help them become the amazing people we know they are and provide them with the skills to do so. These supplies will help make that happen. These materials will be used throughout various OT sessions to provide them with different ways to explore their skills. The iPad provides them with so many ways to increase their skills from many apps that can help gain skills in fine motor, handwriting, visual motor, and self-regulation. The sensory no mess play set, provides them with sensory experiences in a controlled environment that is safe. Many of my students require 1:1 attention for safety. Providing them with a sensory bin that is safe and contained is so important when giving them the opportunities for sensory input. These are just a few examples of the many ways these items will help these students excel. Thank you so much for your donation. It will help these students so much.
