We have little or no funding from our PTA. 70 percent of our students have free or reduced lunch. Every year I have homeless students in my class. We are a very diverse school with an amazing student body and supportive Principal. I pay for all the supplies that the school cannot provide for my students. All the teachers in my school do. We are a unique school with very dedicated teachers. We all collaborate many times throughout the year. There are things that we cannot afford but is necessary for the kind of education we would like to provide.
