Osmo is beneficial to my students because it spans different subject areas and include different challenge levels for students of varied abilities. Whether my students are tying to solve a mystery word using clues while fine tuning their foundational skills or using tangrams to solve a puzzle while strengthening their spatial reasoning, Osmo allows students to be active participants in their learning while receiving real time feedback. The child friendly game pieces are easy to manipulate and include number tiles, letter tiles, tangram pieces, and coding blocks. Osmo encourages students to collaborate at tables or floors and is easy to introduce, manage, and pack away.
