My amazing group of 25 kindergarteners live in a rural community in Minnesota. These students enter our school each day eager to learn and grow. Our students come from very diverse backgrounds. My classroom encourages students to learn in their own unique way. Even though my students enter each day with excitement they are faced with many hurdles in their educational path. Our school lacks resources that can be used to enhance a students educational experience. Even when faced with challenges my students rise above and persevere to take learning into their own hands and challenge themselves.
