My kindergarten classroom is full of 21 diverse learners, each with their own unique abilities and learning needs. I currently teach 11 girls and 10 boys. All of my students come from low-income areas and receive free and reduced lunch. As a language center, my classroom also has students from foreign countries, still learning to become proficient in English. Despite the challenges my students face in and out of the classroom on a daily basis, they still remain optimistic and eager to learn and grow.
