Something that I am extremely passionate about is rewarding my students for working hard and helping the classroom to be as successful as it can be. For a lot of my students, school is the one place where they feel safe. It is also the only place where they may receive a reward or told how proud of them someone is. At my school, we use what we call Becker Bucks. This is something that the students can earn and spend, just like money. This has been a huge success for my school in helping with behaviors and something that each teacher gets to implement into their own classroom. Seeing the students become excited to be rewarded and acknowledged for their work is something that is special to me. Your contribution will allow my students to receive those rewards and continue with their amazing behavior.
