The rower is a essential full body style workout machine. The benefit to a full body workout is it applies to everyday life as well as an overall healthier athlete. If the athletes only play one sport their body learns to move for only one sport. However in life, like moving furniture all day after the hurricane, or working any job is not a single movement. For example: Everyday functional movements require squatting, bending, jumping, and reaching. A quick search will produce many sport facilities using the rower and athletes working more efficiently in their sport due to them. We want their body to change and adapt with the demands of life and sport. We want to improve overall health and fitness of our students and teachers. The is also a great tool for athletes to use while recovering from and injury. By using consistent and fluid motion combined with low impact resistance, an athlete can maintain cardiovascular health while reducing impact on the affected limb.
