My class is full of active, thoughtful, and self-motivated students who come to school ready to tackle the next challenge ahead of them. They love hands-on projects, working together, and engaging conversations that allow them to think outside of the box. These energetic kids are enthusiastic about building classroom community and adaptive to new opportunities to grow academically and characteristically. This kind-hearted group of students is learning what it means to respect themselves and one another. They support one another at their tables, advocate for each other out in the play yard, and are learning what respect and kindness looks like in their school community.
