I have already begun the transformation of my classroom seating. I varied the heights of my tables and am now choosing the best seating options. Zenergy Ball Chairs have been tried and true, as my students have used them in our school library. I even sat on an adult-sized one and wished I had one for my guided reading table! Sitting in these yoga ball chairs benefits one's body by working on the posture. My students will be able to sit up straighter and be mentally alert to focus on their class assignments.
