In our math curriculum there is an online piece that our students have been using. With this there are parts that give verbal explanations of how to do problems. With 25 students in the classroom they have been required to leave the volume off or it gets too noisy in the classroom. With these headphones my students will get the added benefit of the online portion of our curriculum. They will be getting individual help online while I am working with small groups on other math concepts. With Common Core it is crucial that at fourth grade my students are getting all the extra help that they can.
